The host made me feel at home. I was short walk to central area, the gallery, and other areas thanks to its good location.

the apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, with two roomy bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. the management was attentive and flexible, allowing us to drop off our bags and get the keys before the apartment was ready. the location was also great, in a quiet area but still convenient to local attractions, such as the Jewish Ghetto and the F.te Novi vaporetto stop.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

It was good to have an electric kettle and a fridge, we could cook ourselves. Location was favourable and quiet, 10 minutes' drive from Doge's Palace...

We were able to easily surf the web at the cozy local cafes nearby, enjoying delicious Italian coffee while planning our adventures for the day. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, providing a comfortable and convenient base for our family. We truly felt like locals during our stay, experiencing the charm and magic of Venice firsthand.

My wife says that the Casin Dei Spiriti would greatly benefit from having a small play area or designated children's space. Although our kids enjoyed exploring Venice, they occasionally wished for a space within the hotel where they could play and have some fun.

The location was super, away from the busy tourist area, but still only 15 minutes from all the attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and charming with local cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The property felt secure and had all the facilities you could ask for, including Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and even an outdoor dining area. Simon made our stay jaw-droppingly amazing! Can't wait to come back!

The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and always willing to lend a helping hand, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a designated area for relaxation or socializing. It would have been nice to have a cozy lounge or sitting area where we could gather and meet other guests.

The units at Casin Dei Spiriti are comfortable and well-equipped. I loved having a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and kettle, making it feel like a home away from home. The living room with a cozy sofa bed was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Venice. The air conditioning was a bonus, keeping the room cool during the hot summer days. The bathrooms were clean and had everything I needed, including complimentary toiletries.

Personally, I found the showers a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might not mind it at all.
